Langley is the Principal Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in the Florida Keys. Langley oversees four offices: Key West, Big Pine Key, Marathon, and Islamorada. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Knight & Gardner is the largest office in the Florida Keys and consistently the top office in sales & lease volume.
Langley and his real estate partner Claude J. Gardner, Jr.’s commercial team has been the top ranked REALTOR in the Florida Keys for the past decade. Langley has a track record for delivering excellent service to his clients who he thanks for being the 2020-2021 Realtor of the Year. His passion for serving the Florida Keys Community has engrained him as a leader in this unique island chain. He works tirelessly to better the Keys by serving on many Boards and Foundations, including serving as the 2018 and 2019 President of the Key West Association of REALTORS and as an appointed member of the Key West Bight Management Board (City Seaport). He is the Chairman of the Community Foundation of the Florida Keys Board of Governors and is the past-Commodore of the Key West Yacht Club Board of Directors. He was designated an “Honorary Conch” by the Mayor of Key West. Langley knows the industry, the real estate and the people that comprise this wonderful island chain and is able to turn that knowledge into an impactful return to his clients.
