Ginger Henderson is one of the few people lucky enough to have been raised in the tropical paradise known as Marathon in the Florida Keys. After graduating from the University of the Americas in Mexico City with a degree in International Relations, Ginger returned to her hometown of Marathon to pursue a career in real estate.
Ginger and her mother Marilyn co-founded American Caribbean Real Estate Middle Keys real estate company in 1982. It grew to become a highly respected brokerage firm with offices in Marathon and Ramrod Key, specializing in luxury home sales. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Keys Real Estate aquired the company in 2018 and Ginger stayed on as Broker-Associate.
