A full-time professional Realtor since 2005, Sandra was born and raised in New Jersey, Sandra always had a love of coastal living. Summers at the Jersey Shore and vacations to the Florida Keys were her favorite times of year. After graduating from college in Maryland, Sandra set out to experience a year and a half adventure to Southeast Asia. She spent a year teaching English to children in Thailand, then went on to explore the highest place on Earth, the Himalayan Mountains. Sandra has happily been calling the Florida Keys home since her return to the States in 1998.
For the first few years in the Keys, she and husband Kip lived aboard and crewed a beautiful 55-foot sailing vessel, Carib Owl, based out of Marathon. It was a great pleasure to share the beautiful islands and the unique Keys lifestyle with guests from all over. The personal experience of living aboard a vessel with a deep draft gives Sandra the edge when assisting customers that have large boats and special needs for boating access.
When not working, showing property, or obtaining new real estate certifications, free time is spent diving, fishing, boating, enjoying a sunset, and living the Keys Dream. Sandy sits on the Board of Directors for SHARK, Safe Harbor Animal Rescue Keys, is the president of the not for profit the Big Pine Bark Park. She was the 2014 President of the Marathon and Lower Keys Association of Realtors, on the MLS committee, and on the Florida Realtors committee for Home Ownership for All. Sandy continues to serve on the Board of Directors of MLKAR.
