Chad Burtch is a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Key West and the Lower Florida Keys. Since 2009 he has called Key West home and has been a realtor for over 10 years, representing both buyers and sellers in the Florida Keys. In 2021, Chad’s wife Casey also joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Keys Real Estate as a realtor. Working together, The Burtch Group are excited to successfully accomplish everything our clients’ desire.
Originally from upstate New York by way of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Boston, and NYC. Much of the time living in these cities and towns as a young adult, Chad performed as a musician for weddings and corporate events and worked with Greater Media in Boston. In the early 2000s he made a cameo on a VH1 reality television show where several of his original songs were credited. Also, adding to his resume is much time as a private chef for high end clients mostly on the Cape and Islands.
Chad knows the Keys, as well as the reasons folks come from all over the world to experience all they have to offer. The Keys are one of the most unique destinations on the planet and why we live here. Chad works with locals and visitors (soon to be locals/part time locals) alike, whether buying or selling in Key West and the Florida Keys. He has been a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the Key West Association of Realtors since 2012.
