United StatesMichelle, a native of Maryland, has always had a special connection to the Florida Keys. Her first visit in 1991 left a lasting impression, and she quickly fell in love with the relaxed island lifestyle. With a Bachelor’s degree in interior design and a Maryland real estate license, Michelle became an award-winning realtor in the Baltimore/Annapolis area for over 22 years.
Throughout the years, Michelle made over 30 trips to the Keys, and her dreams of making it her permanent home finally came true in June 2020 when she obtained her Florida real estate license and made the move south. That same year, Michelle founded Somewhere South Staging, a successful staging business that perfectly complements her real estate expertise.
Michelle's creative design ability and deep knowledge of the real estate market make her a force to be reckoned with. In fact, she is duel licensed in MD and FLA and is a graduate of the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), which required numerous hours of extended education in real estate.
Her clients praise her go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and passion for every project she takes on. Michelle currently resides on Little Torch Key with her husband, Wil, and their daughters, Samantha, Averie and pup Bristol Rose.
