Originally from Rochester, NY Karriann joined the United States Navy right out of high school she met and married a sailor she met at her first command. They have been married ever since 1993. She was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Karriann has moved to a different state every 4-5 years she spent time in Glenview IL, Norfolk Virginia, Brunswick ME, Lemoore CA, while in Lemoore CA Karriann obtained her real estate license and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Her successful career let her to receive the prestigious Centurion Producer Award in 2005. She then moved for a short time to San Diego CA, eventually landing in Key West, Florida where she has settled permanently since 2009.
While in Key West Karriann has founded and grown two small businesses “Fixing Boats” with the help of her wonderful husband and mechanic.
Once again she got her real estate license in Florida because she is passionate about real estate.
She is an effective, assertive, honest, hard working, over achieving realtor and small business owner.
