Frank joined Douglas Elliman Florida on South Beach in 2007, shortly after receiving his Real Estate license. There he initiated the idea of having “Tuesday’s at an Agent’s Listing,” followed by an office meeting, and then an Open House, bringing an average of 25 agents to preview a listing and increasing the sale potential of in-house listings.  He was instrumental in the start-up of the Commercial Division by listing one of the largest entertainment venues on South Beach. Frank always finds innovative ways to buy or sell.

 

Frank bought a home in the Keys in 2015 and joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Islamorada.  Determined to be the best, he persistently traveled the area to learn all he could about the Florida Keys, local real estate and the people of the area.  He has made regular day trips to visit new listings and new developments, visit other offices, and attend open houses.
