Jenifer Dermer
Jenifer Dermer knows Florida Keys’ Real Estate! This Floridian, since the age of 6, has a keen understanding of the local real estate market – not just as a Realtor but as an owner and investor in residential properties – and she uses that expertise to help buyers and sellers reach their investment goals. After graduating from Florida Southern College with a degree in psychology, Jenifer worked at the American Embassy in Oslo, Norway in a computer lab and for the Office of Defense Council, she became a licensed Realtor in 1985 in Palm Beach, Fla. She spent two years in the business there before moving to Miami Beach – where her husband lived and owned a large manufacturing facility – to live, work, and play on their 47’ Rybovich, while raising their two kids. In 2000, Jenifer and her husband, Leon decided to take the high road and relocate to the Florida Keys, which had been their vacation paradise for weekends. As the co-owner and manager of Captain’s Imports, Jenifer worked with her husband to build a viable, unique gallery in Key Largo while being a Realtor. The gallery affords the ability to present very special real estate marketing to the ever-growing list of highly qualified buyers that present themselves daily.
