I have had my Real Estate License since 2001 and throughout the years, I have expanded my Real Estate knowledge in not only types and locations of real estate but I have kept up with technology and media to better communicate with both Buyers and Sellers.
In addition to representing both Buyers and Sellers, I also provide Broker Price Opinions to over 15 outside vendors. This type of work keeps me in touch with the current values of all types of properties, from Mobile Homes to Mansions, throughout the Keys.
Some information about me outside of work!
I came to the Keys to visit family fell in love with the turquoise waters, puffy white clouds, and the endless blue skies. Eventually,I and my husband, Bill, decided to stay. We have 5 children, all who love the Keys just as much as we do. Larry, Justin, and John were eager to carry on the family pastime as offshore anglers. Susannah and Jennifer love the sun, boat rides, and the pool. Now there are 8 grandchildren enjoying Keys vacations.
After raising a family and spending 12 years as an Administrator, organization and hard work are no stranger to me. Born under the sign of Aquarius, I am naturally a people person, happy, good-hearted, compassionate, and empathetic. Combining my enjoyment of people and professional skills, I am fully able to live up to my catchphrase "How can I give you exceptional service?"
Where did that catchphrase come from? My experience with "service" personnel that did not answer their phone, did not return calls, or failed to follow up caused me to want to be held to a higher standard, especially by those who trust me with one of their largest investments. "I answer my phone, I call people back. I let them know I received their message and giving them the courtesy of a return call, even if there is no news"
As technology changed, I embraced it. I enthusiastically studied to understand the modern tools that help give that exceptional service and utilise this to market properties and get them SOLD.
