A renaissance man, Dustan studied fine arts at the University of Hartford and is a classically trained Chef from the César Ritz Swiss Hospitality Institute in LeBouveret, Switzerland. His culinary & Hospitality background prompted him to establish two businesses in Key West, The Pickle Baron of Key West (artisanal pickle manufacturer) and Divine Dining by Dustan (private chef catering).
Dustan has long maintained relationships with several charitable organizations in Florida and the Keys. ASPCA, AH Monroe, Sister Season, Equality Florida and especially MARC House are his passion projects. His close work with MARC House gives him the opportunity to employ and train their developmentally disabled adults in his businesses.
He enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing and the precious time he gets to spend with his business partner and loving husband of 26 years and their adorable dogs.
