As a south Florida native the Keys are the place for me. I taught Archaeology at the University of South Alabama prior to attending Tulane. After living in the diverse City of New Orleans I am quite at home in the Florida Keys. I worked for the City of Key West 10 years as the Historic Preservation Planner and Building Plans Reviewer. I am now the Executive Director of the Historic Florida Keys Foundation. My spare time is spent kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, and working on old houses.
